In Woody Allen’s latest comedy about love and other human entanglements, an eccentric New Yorker played by Larry David abandons his upper class life to lead a more bohemian existence. He meets a young girl from the south and her family and no two people seem to get along in the entanglements that follow. This is a comedy also starring Ed Begley Jr., Patricia Clarkson, Conleth Hill, Michael McKean, Evan Rachel Wood, and a number of other amusing types. The highly anticipated new installment of “The Terminator” film franchise is set in post-apocalyptic 2018. John Connor is the man fated to lead the human resistance against Skynet and its army of Terminators. But the future that Connor was raised to believe in is altered in part by the appearance of Marcus Wright, a stranger whose last memory is of being on death row. Connor must decide whether Marcus has been sent from the future, or rescued from the past. As Skynet prepares its final onslaught, Connor and Marcus both embark on an odyssey that takes them into the heart of Skynet’s operations, where they uncover the terrible secret behind the possible annihilation of mankind.

“Management” is a romantic comedy that chronicles a chance meeting between Mike Cranshaw (Steve Zahn) and Sue Claussen (Jennifer Aniston). When Sue checks into the roadside motel owned by Mike’s parents in Arizona, what starts with a bottle of wine “compliments of management” soon evolves into a multi-layered, cross-country journey of two people looking for a sense of purpose. Mike, an aimless dreamer, bets it all on a trip to Sue’s workplace in Maryland – only to find that she has no place for him in her carefully ordered life. Buttoned down and obsessed with making a difference in the world, Sue goes back to her yogurt mogul ex-boyfriend Jango (Woody Harrelson), who promises her a chance to head his charity operations. But having found something worth fighting for, Mike pits his hopes against Sue’s practicality, and the two embark on a twisted, bumpy, freeing journey to discover that their place in the world just might be together. It might seem a little strange to be releasing a documentary about LeBron James’ high school basketball glory days six years after he was drafted into the NBA, but with the NBA Finals in full swing and the Cleveland Cavaliers considered a frontrunner to win the championship, it really couldn’t come at a better time. To be fair, Kristopher Belman’s documentary, “More Than a Game,” isn’t only about LeBron (it’s actually about the group of friends who played together at St. Vincent–St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio), but it’s hard to imagine anyone seeing the film for anything other than him.
With that said, check out the first trailer for the documentary below. It actually looks pretty good (almost like a cinematic version of the book, “The Fab Five”), though you’ll have to wait until October to check it out.
