Yes, we’re happy! Even straight guys can love this show – who doesn’t like lovely lesbians?
Jennifer Beals, Katherine Moenig and Leisha Hailey are all apparently attached to this new version of the show that last aired in 2009. It will be interesting to see which other stars are brought back, and which new characters will be introduced.
The level of drama on “The L Word” was a bit over-the-top by the last season, so we’ll see how the stories develop.
If Hollywood keeps churning out garbage, we shouldn’t be surprised if fewer people go to the movies.
The domestic box office numbers are terrible so far this summer. Films like “Transformer: The Last Knight,” “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales,” “The Mummy” with Tom Cruise and Guy Ritchie’s “King Arthur: Legend of the Sword” have all flopped.
Movie fans are flooded with lame sequels, mindless action films and too many superhero movies to count.
Fortunately “Dunkirk” will be out soon . . .
It’s no secret that Las Vegas is one of the most well known and most visited places in America. Per Statisca.com, Vegas is the second most famous gambling hub in the world (#1 is Macau, China) and had over 43 million visitors in 2016. Even Hollywood has a fascination with the excitement that is Las Vegas and has produced hundreds of movies centered around Vegas and its casinos over the years. Some have been blockbuster hits while others are less noticed.
Another Spider-Man movie? Already?!?
Even with what seems like too many reboots, the reviews seem to be great so far, and the new film also let’s Marisa Tomei shine as a younger and sexier Aunt May.
