And, no, that’s not a joke at the beginning; it really IS brought to you by Zima! (I know: who even knew Zima was still around?)

…and this Ricky Gervais clip from the UK version of Comic Relief is itching to provide it. Yes, it’s eight and a half minutes long, but so worth it for the cameos.
C’mon, take a peek. You’ve got time. It’s Monday: You’ve got all week to get caught up.

Actually, no, he doesn’t.
But as recently as yesterday, a poor woman in a CVS pharmacy in California was absolutely convinced otherwise, as you’ll read here.
On a surprisingly related note, however, you should really watch “Andy Barker, P.I.,” because it’s hilarious and totally deserves to be on NBC’s fall lineup.
Tim and Eric. They’ve got the best thing currently on Adult Swim. This show is indescribable, and really you should check out every episode in full. I’m specifically posting the second half of the “Chunky” episode for the closing segment (the first half of the story is in the first half of the episode) and the great tune “Get A Poke On.” If nothing else, just fast forward to that bit starting at 2:25 and enjoy what ensues. These guys can write a hit song.
…then, say, why not consider watching this young man’s 30-minute-long monologue on the ’80s sitcom greatness that was “Gimme A Break,” which he delivers while lying on his stomach on a hardwood floor. Why is he lying on his stomach on a hardwood floor? You might as well ask why he spends 30 minutes giving such an in-depth look at a relatively pedestrian family sitcom…but, my God, it’s absurdly enthralling, particularly his renditions of the different versions of the theme song. Is it reading from a teleprompter? Does he have cue cards? Or, God forbid, can he really offer such a tremendous discourse off the top of his head…?!?
I’m sure you’ll never make it through the entire half-hour unless it just plays in the background while you’re doing something else, but every few minutes, you’ll hear something that’ll just make you go, “What the fuck…?” My favorite is his discussion of “an inside source” who knows the answer to the mystery of why the lyrics to the song were changed in a later season. I’m not exactly sure why this source chose to remain anonymous, but I’m theorizing that it’s something to do with Al-Queda…
