“Gamer,” the latest action-packed thriller from Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (“Crank,” “Crank: High Voltage”), stars Gerard Butler as a death row inmate forced to compete for his life in the not-too-distant dystopian future. Like every other Neveldine/Taylor joint, it’s got all the high-speed set pieces and gratuitous nudity you’re looking for in a big-screen adventure.
