Yep, he’s pleaded no contest to a DUI. He was charged with driving drunk, and being over the legal limit, which, would in turn mean you were basically drunk. Go figure. Of course, he got no time in the clink, but the standard probation sentence, and to attend a Mothers Against Drunk Driving class. Yeah, that oughta be interesting. I can see a party starting up with those ladies as soon as Ty arrives. Oops.
